Borrow an umbrella from Security in the lobby to stay dry while out and about at lunchtime. We’ve added an umbrella pick-up/drop-off stand to the West Garage lobby so parkers can stay dry while crossing Main Street.
A system used to send out tenant blasts. ETS allows the management team to update every tenant’s main contact at once. We have notification groups set up for general building notices as well as mail delivery notifications and the monthly newsletter. We also have the capability to utilize this system’s emergency text message feature. It is vital that we maintain up to date contact information for tenants.

Security professionals are on duty seven days a week, including Holidays. An officer can be found stationed at the Concourse level Security Console during building hours.
