Building Access

Business Hours

There are two building entrances to 777 Main. The primary building entrance is at the corner of 7th and Main Street (“Main Street Revolving Doors”). The second entrance is located on 7th Street (“7th Street Slider Door”). The 7th Street Slider Entrance is the handicap-accessible entrance directly to the Lobby. There are revolving doors on Commerce Street, but they are secured. In addition, there is a building entrance via the East Parking Garages. Tenants who park in the North and East Parking Garages can access the Tower Concourse via the East Garage Skybridge parking garage elevators. Tenants can also access the East Garage ground floor on Commerce Street (“East Garage Commerce Street Entrance”). Tenants who park in the West Garage can access the tower lobby via the Main Revolving Doors at 7th and Main Street.

After Hours

Tenants may access the property after hours by utilizing their building-issued access card. Card readers are located at the sliding doors at the Skybridge, entering the building from the East Garage ground level and at the 7th Street ground-level slider door. There are also intercoms at these locations if you need assistance. Full-floor tenants may elect to put the elevator to their floor in card access mode during business hours to minimize unexpected guests. Tenants may request access cards for new employees through the Impak Work Order Portal.

Deliveries

Delivery Information & Access Routes

Deliveries that cannot be hand-carried must come through the loading dock. The loading dock entry is located on Calhoun Street between 6th and 7th Streets. The loading dock is staffed Monday through Friday from 5 am to 9 pm and weekends from 6 am to 6 pm. The loading dock clearance is 12 feet, 10 inches. Tenants will need to notify the management office of any large deliveries so we may have the elevator technician on standby. Certificates of insurance are also required for delivery companies. You can find our sample certificate of insurance here. Hand-carried deliveries can be brought into the main lobby, including GrubHub, Jimmy Johns, Door Dash, and the like.
